So Excited To Announce! {Baltimore Newborn Photography}

I am so thrilled to announce the SHOOT MY KIDS! Workshop coming in January 2012! Is your fancy new DSLR camera still in full auto, just like it was when you first took it out of the box? Are you frustrated that the pictures you snap of your kids haven’t improved since you bought it? Then the SHOOT MY KIDS! Workshop is for you!
The Workshop lasts about 3 hours and covers the following:
*10 key elements to capturing impressive images
*Finding the light
*Instruction on elements of exposure including ISO, shutter speed and aperture
*Using your camera’s basic settings
*Introduction to lenses and their capabilities
*Advanced topics of aperture mode, manual mode and white balance
The Workshop is $99 per person with a minimum of 5 students (maximum of 10).
Please watch for a Black Friday only discount on the tuition!
The workshop is designed for people that own DSLR cameras, although point & shoot owners will likely learn quite a bit as well. The workshop is not for professional portrait photographers that charge a fee, just moms who want to take better candid shots of their littles! Each attendee will receive a take-home workbook and is guaranteed to have a fun time!
SHOOT MY KIDS! is offered two ways – private Mom’s Night Out Workshops or public Group Workshops. Group Workshops are held in Nicole’s home studio in Perry Hall, Mom’s Night Out Workshops are held in a client’s home.
The first 2012 Group Workshop in Nicole’s home studio is scheduled for Friday evening, January 20th!
Mark your calendars!
For more information about the Workshop and samples of the types of images you will learn to create, please visit the SHOOT MY KIDS! website with the link at the bottom of this post. For demonstration purposes, Nicole uses only snapshots of her own children on the website and at the Workshop. No fancy lighting or special equipment is used to create these images, just the knowledge to use the settings on a DSLR camera.
Nicole is also available to give standard 1-hour talks to local mom’s share groups – she loves to meet new people!

Ahhh…what a wonderful idea! And I SO wish that 1) I had a DSLR camera (someday, maybe) and 2)the know-how to use it! Would love, love, love to sit under your tutelage! 😉
